I am an Agile coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), with over 17 years experience in the Agile world. I help organizations, teams and individuals on their journey to Agility.
I have a background in Mathematics and Computer Science, and started my career as a programmer in the waterfall world. In 2005 I was introduced to Scrum and the Agile mindset. From then on, I have been an enthusiastic adept of Agile.
I strongly believe in (continuous) learning. I like to teach and share knowledge. I frequently speak at international conferences. I am also involved as a volunteer in the Agile community.
Some of my major customers are: Philips, Essent, Ericsson, Cooperatie DELA, APG, Rabobank, Obvion, TomTom. NAVTEQ, Maastricht University and Philips Research..
I have an international background. I was raised in different cultures, and have lived in The Netherlands, France and the United States. This makes me fluent in Dutch, English and French. It has also sparked my interest in travel and working with different cultures.
